How easy is it to set up and use the CineMaster Pro® projector?
Setting up the CineMaster Pro® is super easy! Just plug in the things you want to watch, turn on the projector, and you're all set to start enjoying your favorite shows and movies. The buttons on the remote control are easy to use, so you can find everything you need without any trouble.
Can i connect my devices (Laptop, Phone, Gaming Consoles...) wirelessly to the projector?
Absolutely! With Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, you can quickly and easily pair your devices to the CineMaster Pro®, allowing for seamless streaming of audio and video content.
Does the projector come with built-in speakers?
Yes, the CineMaster Pro® features high-fidelity (HiFi) built-in speakers that deliver immersive sound, providing a true cinematic experience without the need for external audio devices.
Can i use the projector during the daytime?
Yes! While the projector performs best in dimly lit or dark environments, it is equipped with advanced brightness and contrast features to ensure clear and vibrant image quality even in moderately lit rooms. For optimal viewing, we recommend using the projector in a darker environment.
Does the CineMaster Pro® come with a warranty?
Yes! The CineMaster Pro® comes with a 1-year warranty to make sure everything works right. If anything goes wrong, like if it gets damaged or defect, don't worry! You'll get a free replacement from us.
How can i get a refund for my order?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you the full purchase price, no questions asked!
How long is the shipping time?
We ship to anywhere in the EU with our swift and complimentary shipping service, ensuring your order arrives within 5-7 business days.
How to track my order?
Click on Tracking Order located at the top of the initial page and find Order Number input box located. You need to fill in your Order ID number.
Why has my order tracking status not updated?
Tracking updates can be delayed when the parcel is:
1. Going through local customs clearance procedures
2. At the post office sorting center
3. Held up by uncontrollable factors including, such as labor strikes, bad weather, politic issues,etc.
If you experience any delays in tracking updates, we recommend you check the estimated delivery time. If your package is taking longer than schedule, please contact us.
Why it says delivered while I receive nothing?
Possible reasons include:
A. The delivery address is incorrect .
B. Someone else has signed for the parcel.
C. The parcel has arrived at your local post office and will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
D. The parcel has been delivered and left in your mailbox.
If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us.
If the shipping address is correct, we recommend you check your Mailbox and look around your property to be sure it has not been left outside. If you still can not find the package, please contact us at service.mycutia@gmail.com.
How can I change the order after paid?
As far as you know, we begin customizing your order immediately after you paid. If you want to change an order, please contact us within 24 hours.
Sending changing requests over 24 hours after placing order. There is no guarantee that the modification can be successful.
How to return or exchange an order if I don't like it?
Items shipped from us can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Please note that if you are buying a customized product, it means it is exclusive to you. Therefore, the product can't be restocked or resold. For this reason, We do not accept returns for non-quality reasons.

What if my item was broken, wrong or missing?
You can contact us within 30 days of receiving the package by email:

Before we confirmed, we will send you a shipping address to return, please provide us:
• Order Number
• The item's name or SKU number
• A description of the problems with clear pictures
When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition.
